Job Description

Manage flight ticket reservations and provide according to customer’s requests
Offer consultation on ticket options, ticket conditions, and airline regulations
Follow up bookings, including processing and supporting online ticket bookings
Handle customer requests regarding booking changes, online check-in, meal reservations, baggage, ticket changes, and refunds
Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment collection
Assist with additional tasks related to booking and ticketing services
Working hours: Mon – Fri (8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.) & Sat (8.30 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
Office: MAIKA TOURS CO. LTD: 778 Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 11, District 5, HCMC

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office apps, including Word, Excel, and others
Demonstrates a positive attitude, honesty, attention to detail,



a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Enthusiastic and attentive in delivering excellent customer service
Knowledgeable in flight booking software such as Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre
Relevant experience and solid English language skills are preferred.
