Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative expert to lead the development and execution of Single Use and Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) for the biopharmaceutical industry. This role is responsible for delivering technically and commercially sound integrated solutions, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution in line with Company’s global standards.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, project leadership experience,



and a cooperative mindset to enable customer-centric innovations across biologics modalities including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), Vaccines, Classical Pharma and Cell / gene therapy (CGT).
Drive Integrated Solutions, Develop and implement cross-functional SUIPS solutions that align with customer requirements and expand step share of Company’s Process Solutions portfolio.
Customer Engagement & Project Leadership, Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with sales and field teams to co-develop strategies, manage key customer projects, and ensure seamless solution delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders in Manufacturing, MSAT, Field Service, Technical Support, Marketing and other Customer Applications team members to ensure smooth project management and execution.
Technical & Market Leadership, Data & Reporting and Strategic Alignment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, bioprocess technologies, and automation trends. Engage with external industry
