teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective financial operations and
project management, contributing to the financial health and sustainability of
the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business
(such as Services Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial
teams), ensure compliance with internal controls, and drive continuous




improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and
cost-effectiveness.

You’ll specifically take care of financial operations, project controlling, and
compliance, but also lead efforts in continuous improvement and cost
optimization.

We’ll look to you for:

* Ensuring proper cost controlling and review mechanisms with key stakeholders.

* Monitoring and reporting site-related KPIs, including headcount, workload,
production overhead, and absorption costing.

* Reviewing and challenging operations on workload efficiency and cost
reduction targets.

* Ensuring accurate accounting and timely closure of service maintenance
orders, repair orders, depreciation allocation, and general services
allocation.

* Implementing Alstom’s production accounting system, including consumption
accounting and work order closure in SAP.

* Identifying current areas for improvement to reduce operational costs.

* Strengthening co
