Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project and bid management expertise in a
cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated, team-oriented, and
detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering winning proposals that meet our Tender
Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work
closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as tender teams,
platform units, and support functions like Finance, Legal, and Marketing),
ensure compliance with Alstom’s standards, and manage the tender process from




pre-tendering to contract negotiation.

You’ll specifically take care of analyzing customer requirements and defining
bid strategies, but also coordinating internal activities to deliver
comprehensive and competitive proposals.

We’ll look to you for:

* Coordinating pre-tender activities to understand customer needs and influence
specifications.

* Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s rules and instructions, including ethics,
safety, and project management standards.

* Collaborating with tender leaders and teams to define bid strategies and
operational plans.

* Preparing and issuing Instructions for Quotations (IFQ) and other
tender-related documentation.

* Managing QCD optimization and obtaining clear commitments from all
stakeholders.

* Preparing risk reviews, mitigation plans, and maintaining updated risk and
savings registers.

* Contributing to contract negotiations and ensuring alignment with cu
