Job Purpose
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) L2 Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining OCI cloud services and infrastructure. The engineer will manage operational activities, troubleshoot incidents, monitor cloud resources, and ensure high availability of OCI workloads. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience across OCI compute, networking, storage, database, security, and backup services.

Provide L2 support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve OCI infrastructure incidents and service requests.
Monitor OCI resources and ensure platform availability.
