Key Responsibilities

Ensure material deliveries according to project schedules and system demands
Create purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to secure confirmations and delivery dates
Coordinate closely with Sourcing, Material Handling, Quality, and Project Execution teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery reliability
Track missing parts, and escalation topics, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Coordinate with site teams for local deliveries and urgent needs
Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (dates, status, quantities) to support reliable planning
Prepare reports and track KPIs related to delivery performance, supplier reliability, and material readiness
Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supplier coordination processes

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in material planning, procurement,



vendor coordination, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with SAP (MM or relevant modules) or other ERP systems
Robust follow‑up skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and suppliers
Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage several priorities in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

Solid knowledge of SAP (MM or relevant modules) or similar ERP systems
Experience in project‑based supply chains or EPC environments
Exposure to global supplier networks and logistics processes
Knowledge of planning or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Experience working with wind projects or renewable energy supply chains (nice to have)
