Key Responsibilities

Handle labour law compliances under various Central and State labour legislations.
Assist in obtaining, renewing, amending, and maintaining statutory licences and registrations, including:
Shops & Establishments Registration
Factory Licence
Contract Labour Licence
Trade Licence
FSSAI Registration/Licence
Professional Tax Registration
Labour Welfare Fund Registration
Other statutory registrations as applicable.
Prepare and file statutory returns under applicable labour laws.
Conduct compliance audits and identify statutory gaps.
Maintain compliance trackers and statutory records.
Draft legal notices, replies, reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities and departments for registrations and approvals.
Carry out legal and compliance due diligence for clients.
Research amendments in labour and employment laws.




Assist in the implementation of HR and labour law compliance frameworks.
Support client communication and provide compliance updates.
Ensure timely completion of assignments within prescribed timelines.
