About the Role
As the Senior Associate – Program Management, Student Success (PG Programs), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of IIDE’s flagship 11-month offline Postgraduate Program in Digital Marketing. This role involves managing end-to-end program operations, ensuring exceptional student experiences,



driving student engagement and satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. You will lead a agile team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute towards high retention, placement success, and overall program effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
● Program Oversight:
○ Supervise the seamless delivery of the 11-month PG Program, ensuring all milestones from onboarding to graduation are achieved with excellence.
○ Own the end-to-end student lifecycle, focusing on student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
○ Monitor and improve CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score), driving initiatives to maintain high benchmarks.
● Escalation & Issue Management:
○ Manage and resolve student and trainer escalations effectively, ensuring timely issue resolution.
○ Delegate and monitor daily team tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and program standards.
