Your Tasks:

* Update stocks transaction in ERP (SAP), Global shipping list….
* Updating and managing stocks in warehouses/yards/ports/windfarms… through the
ERP system.
* Monitor the reliability of stocks according to the procedures defined.
* Avoid any differences between physical movements and transactions in the ERP
system.
* Extract, validate and analyze data from systems to update KPIs.
* Management of the invoices received through Workflow.
* Support in Sap topics identifying and implementing process improvements to
enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency

Your Profile:

* Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, ideally in combination with
data science.
* Advanced user in ERP (SAP)
* Very analytic and data driven mindset
* Extraordinary team player
* Expert skills in Excel (including programming of Macros), PowerPoint, PowerBI
and SharePoint
* Very thorough, reliable way of working with a high degree of responsibility
* Proactive manner with the eye for what is required
* Open for special tasks
* Business Fluent in English with robust communication skills in a
multicultural environment, Spanish and German are a plus
