Nordic C&I; Digital Strategy & Execution Coordinator

The C&I; Operations and Reporting team within EY GDS is a dynamic and multi-offering function consisting of more than 300 employees across India, the Philippines and Poland with six global centres. We provide operational excellence through methodologies and tools to build sustainable processes and practices. With functions such as global and regional operations, go-to-market enablers and business enablement, the Ops and Reporting continually works towards EY’s growth endeavours. The Nordic C&I; Digital Strategy & Execution Coordinator plays an important role in supporting CRM operations and implementation of C&I; Accelerators across Nordics Business Unit, Service Lines, and Industries. The role focuses on navigating and engaging support networks of C&I; Accelerators to address Nordic users’ support needs, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of sales and pipeline data, coordinating with stakeholders across the business, and contributing to CRM and C&I; Accelerators adoption, data quality awareness, and ongoing operational support and improvements.

Your key responsibilities

Engage with users across the business to help upskill, accelerate sales and commercial excellence activities, relating to Dynamics CRM as primary platform, and other C&I; Accelerators across the tech landscape.
