Role Description: As Project Manager, you will lead cross functional development
projects in an international team from concept to industrialization. You will
work closely with the Technical Responsible, Quality Engineering, Production
teams, and customers to ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality project
execution. The project management tasks will be needed to support the entire
project portfolio in Process R&D; Global Blades team, covering the 3 local units
under Process R&D; Global Blades, performing projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive end‑to‑end project management for current product and process development
projects.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers
* Support business case development and manage project financials hereunder
pre- and post-calculations, budget and forecast.
* Plan and monitor project scope here under change agreements, risks, actions,
and resource allocations.
* Ensure fulfillment of project documentation, status updates, and Steer-co
meetings




* Coordinate with the Technical Responsible to align technical requirements,
resource needs, and design maturity.
* Facilitate collaboration between R&D;, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and
external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with internal development processes and quality standards.
* Lead project kick off’s, reviews, stage‑gate approvals, and cross‑functional
status meetings.
* Communicate clearly with customers regarding project progress, technical
clarifications, and changes.
* Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation actions.
* Support smooth handover from development to serial production during zero
series.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Technology Management, or
similar.
* Prince 2 or IPMA certification
* APQP certificate training completed
* MS office (incl. MS project) trained user
* Proven practical experience of minimum 5 years in project management within
R&D;, manufacturing, or te
