Job Description
Role Summary:
The Legal Manager will support Experian's Global Innovation Centre in Hyderabad on a range of legal matters. The primary focus will be on employment law,



HR legal advisory, employee policies, employee disputes, and workplace compliance. You will also support contract negotiation, general legal advisory, dispute resolution, and data privacy matters. You will report to a Senior Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Advise HR and business teams on employment law matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, performance management, exits, settlements, and workplace compliance.
Review, draft, and update employment policies, employee handbooks, HR procedures, employee communications, and employment-related documentation.
Support employee disputes, legal notices, labour law matters, internal investigations, POSH-related matters, and coordination with external counsel where required.
