About the Role
We are seeking a Prompt Author (General) (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on prompt engineering, instruction design, AI benchmarking, and large language model (LLM) evaluation.
In this role, you will design, write, and validate high-quality prompts across multiple domains to evaluate reasoning, instruction following, creativity, factual accuracy, and tool usage in AI systems. Your work will help improve next-generation AI models by creating diverse, realistic, and challenging evaluation scenarios.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in prompt engineering, content creation, technical writing, research, AI evaluation, education, consulting, or analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality prompts for AI training, benchmarking,



and evaluation projects.
Create realistic user scenarios that test AI performance across varying levels of complexity.
Design evaluation prompts for text, documents, tables, images, charts, and multimodal inputs where applicable.
Develop gold-standard reference answers and detailed evaluation rubrics.
Identify AI failure cases and create adversarial prompts that expose model limitations.
Collaborate with reviewers to refine prompt quality, difficulty, and evaluation criteria.
Review peer-created prompts to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, technical writing, research, AI evaluation, content development, consulting, education, business analysis, or similar analytical roles.
Writing structured prompts for complex reasoning and problem-solving tasks.
Designing realistic user queries
