The Global Mobility Sr. Supervisor serves as a working supervisor, leading a team of Global Mobility Coordinators while actively supporting mobility assignments. In this role,
you act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for complex mobility issues impacting assignments across global locations. You will guide and participate in the daily operations of international assignment processes ensuring timely, accurate and compliant execution in alignment with RTX mobility policies and global requirements.
This leadership role requires deep expertise in international assignment practices, robust critical thinking capabilities and the ability to resolve challenges that span multiple business, compliance, tax and regulatory issues.
