Position: Sr. Implementation Engineer / Implementation Engineer

Qualification: Any IT Graduate
Experience: 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Good working experience of Implementation of HR Software/ERP.
Good working knowledge of Attendance, Leave and payroll TDS Management.
Good working knowledge of data upload, configuration of policies and rules.
Ability to understand the client’s requirements and policies to implement in software.
Communicating with clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums.
Experience of Statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESIC, LWP, Professional Tax etc.).
Resolved production support issues efficiently during the implementation phase.
Strong time management & planning skills.
Experience in HR Software/Payroll/Time Office preferred.
