What You'll Do
• Customer Insights: Partner with global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, master customer applications, and derive actionable insights to maximize software adoption.
• Project Management: Concurrently manage multiple customer projects, initiatives, and engagements from conception to delivery.
• Quality Standards: Assist in developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality, and compliant deliverables across all projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational and process efficiency for our customers.
• Solutioning: Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption strategies tailored to customer needs using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.
• Optimization: Continuous review and analysis of active solutions to steadily increase digital adoption and end-user engagement.

What We're Looking For
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of professional experience in any of the following domains:
- Instructional Design
- Technical Writing
- Customer Success / Account Management
- Software Development
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders and map out complex user personas.
• Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Growth Mindset: A strong appetite for continuous learn
