Job Position Summary




The primary function of this role is to oversee the overall provision and bonded
store procurements of the Quality Catering Division with a specific and
dedicated focus on engaging vendors for ‘Annual Contracts’ basis fixed prices.

The Person in charge of this role, while acting as a key business partner and
advisor to the Head of QCD shall ensure the departments global procurements are
well channelized, regularly monitored through a global network of well evaluated
and appointed ship chandlers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
 Act as a procurement specialist and advisor to the Head of QCD, providing
market insights, analysis and support for operational and commercial
decision-making.
 Overall supervision and monitoring of the purchasing activities and associated
processes with a prime focus on engaging vendors for ‘Annual Contracts’
partnerships.
