Duties And Responsibilities

Regulatory Centre of Excellence (CoE) – Project Management Office (PMO) | RBI Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the RBI Regulatory Reporting team to understand and coordinate data requirements, ensuring timely and accurate support for regulatory reporting.
Provide end-to-end PMO support for RBI regulatory reporting initiatives, including project planning, milestone tracking, governance, risk management, and timely delivery of key milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of regulatory reporting deliverables and resolution of dependencies.
Serve as the primary coordination point between the Finance function and other business, operations, technology, and support teams for RBI reporting-related initiatives.
Support the Finance team during RBI inspections by coordinating information requests, tracking action items, and facilitating timely responses.
Assist in the preparation, review,



and maintenance of documentation, presentations, and reports required for RBI inspections and regulatory submissions.
Monitor adherence to RBI regulatory requirements as well as internal policies, governance standards, and control frameworks.
Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory reporting processes, improve governance, and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives.
Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders through appropriate governance forums.
Foster effective communication and collaboration across Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other relevant functions to ensure successful execution of regulatory initiatives.
