Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Managed Services. You will provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) operational support, ensuring platform stability,



resolving complex technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will report to Lead Security Engineer.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues.
Perform configuration updates, connector management, workflows, transforms, rules, and lifecycle event troubleshooting.
Support application onboarding, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle management.
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve product and integration issues.
Engage directly with customers, lead technical discussions, and provide regular service updates.
Create service improvements, automation plans, and knowledge management activities.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and implementation of preventive measures.
