Job Description

The Role

As Performance Executive — Paid Social, you will own all Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns across Alike's product portfolio — London Tourist Pass, Singapore Tourist Pass, Abu Dhabi Pass, and Alike Holidays.

Meta at Alike is currently in an early but promising stage — we are building towards purchase optimisation, progressing from Review Click through Add to Cart. You will be the person who owns this maturity journey day-to-day: managing the campaigns, feeding the signals, and working with the creative team to continuously improve the creative output that drives performance.



You report to the Performance Marketing Manager (Stuti) and work closely with the Senior Manager on funnel strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management — Meta

Manage and optimise all Meta campaigns across LTP, STP, ADP, and Holidays on a daily basis
Own the Meta funnel maturity progression — drive event volume from Review Click to Add to Cart, and eventually to Purchase optimisation
Build and manage campaign structure across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU — prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing audiences
Manage audience strategy — custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based targeting, and geo-targeting refinement
Monitor delivery, frequency, CPM, and CTR daily — flag any learning phase issues, audience saturation, or delivery drops immediately
Manage daily budget pacing across campaigns — ensure spend is fully utilised without over-pacing on poor performers
