About the Role

Bharat Intelligence is building the operating system for agricultural labour and services in India. We operate across both sides of the marketplace: farmer demand and labour supply. As Marketing Manager – Mumbai, you will own marketing across geographies, crops, and operating clusters. This includes ATL, BTL, brand, PR, field campaigns, launch marketing, farmer communication, labour communication, and growth support for city and category teams. This is not a corporate brand-only role. You will work closely with field teams, farmers, labourers, village influencers, local partners, media, and central leadership to build Bharat Intelligence into a trusted name across rural markets. Your job is to make farmers trust us, labourers join us, local communities recognise us, and the market remember us.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own Marketing Across Demand & Supply




You will build marketing programs for both sides of Bharat Intelligence’s marketplace.
On the farmer demand side, you will:
● Drive awareness and trust among farmers across operating geographies.
● Support farmer acquisition for services such as agri-labour, fruit care, harvesting,
and crop-specific operations.
● Build local campaigns around crop seasons, peak labour demand, and cluster
launches.
● Create farmer-facing communication that explains our services clearly and
credibly.
● Support city, cluster, and category teams with collateral, campaigns, and lead
generation.

On the labour supply side, you will:
● Build campaigns to attract local and migrant labourers.
● Create communication around earning opportunities, reliability, work availability,
payment trust, and safety.
● Support labour sourcing teams with village-level campaigns, posters, audio
messages, WhatsApp creatives, and referral programs.
