About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist who is passionate about
building high-performing teams and creating an exceptional employee experience.
This role will be responsible for driving key talent management initiatives
across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, career
development, learning programs, succession planning, employee engagement, and




talent reviews.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and enjoys partnering with
business leaders to build scalable people processes that enable organizational
growth.

Responsibilities:

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

* Own the end-to-end performance review cycle.
* Partner with managers to ensure timely goal setting, feedback, and
evaluations.
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
* Continuously improve performance management frameworks.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

* Identify capability gaps across teams.
* Design and execute learning initiatives, workshops, and leadership
development programs.
* Manage learning platforms and track program effectiveness.
* Measure training ROI and employee adoption.

TALENT REVIEWS & SUCCESSION PLANNING

* Coordinate talent review discussions with leadership.
* Maintain succession plans for critical roles.
* Support high-potential employee ident
