In the Product Manager role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for ShareFile’s desktop and mobile applications, driving customer adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion. Responsible for delivering seamless cross-platform experiences for both end users and external clients, with a focus on secure content access, collaboration, and productivity.

Customer Insight:



Be the voice of the customer and ability to leverage user feedback to understand how users engage with the product and drive meaningful outcomes for business. Ability to use data to generate actionable insights and leverage insights to achieve product goals.
Product Strategy: Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs. Ability to define clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision. Be able to drive meaningful business outcomes by connecting product outputs to the goals of the company.
Strong Business Acumen: Understanding the business aspects of SaaS solutions of ShareFile’s billing experience and functionality, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Ability to align product strategies with business goals and make data-driven decisions.
