Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, qualifications, and role fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
