We acquire, initiate, and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or worldwide.

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 25 RRTS and 9 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M; company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

Responsibilities:





Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Lifts, Escalators, Travellators.
Monitor system performance and ensure up time as per SLA/KPI requirements.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Identify root causes of system failures and ensure timely rectification.
Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring faults.
Ensure critical systems (UPS, Fire Alarm, SCADA, etc.) are always operational.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure fire safety systems are functional, and integrated systems are tested periodically.
Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for maintenance and breakdown support.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
