We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a robust preference for experience in aviation or aerospace domain. This role requires a strategic, hands-on recruiter who can attract high-quality talent, build strong pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver operational excellence and a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Manage hiring across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with a strong focus on aviation-related roles.
Conduct timely intake discussions and provide market insights.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Leverage sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, Workday, HiredScore, referrals, and networking platforms.




Proactively identify passive candidates and maintain engagement.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations on hiring progress.
Advise on compensation benchmarks, market availability, and hiring challenges.
Candidate Experience
Ensure candidates receive a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain thorough and timely communication.
Drive equitable hiring practices and support DE&I; programs.
Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure recruitment processes adhere to internal policies and audit standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within Workday and other TA tools.
Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and TA efficiency enhancements.
