What you will do

System Administration & Operations

Lead administration of SAP NetWeaver (ECC) and SAP S/4HANA systems.

Lead ECC, BW, MDG, SLT and S/4HANA technical administration and landscape strategy, including upgrades, technical transformations, integrations,



and special requirements.

Provide hands-on leadership for SAP HANA administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Provide HANA technical governance including capacity planning, performance trend analysis, and issue resolution guidance.

Govern SAP transport management using STMS and Solution Manager ChaRM.

Own and design enterprise monitoring and operations architecture using: SAP Focused Run for centralized, large-scale monitoring

SAP Solution Manager for ChaRM, monitoring, and transition scenarios

SAP Cloud ALM for cloud-centric landscapes

Oversee daily SAP Basis operations, including monitoring, reporting, housekeeping, and capacity planning.

Plan and execute SAP kernel upgrades, support package stacks, and patching activities with minimal business disruption.

Security, Compliance & Vulnerability Management

Define and govern vulnerability management strategy, including: Risk-based as
