Knowledge on CMMI, ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies·
Hands on experience in Agile methodologies·
Valuable knowledge about ALM tools like JIRA/ADO
Good knowledge about AI in SDLC, AI assisted deliveryHands-on experience in facilitating large project teams / accounts or as part of delivery worked as a scrum master/project manager/lead
Hands-on experience in driving Improvements·
Hands-on experience in Quality Metrics analysis, reporting and high maturity·
Experience in training project teams on Quality Management System·
Good oral and written communication skills, customer facing experience
