Overall Job Purpose
The Property Fund Finance team is responsible for the financial operations of over £20bn of property funds managed by M&G; Real Estate. This role involves providing financial control and oversight services to a range of funds and mandates investing in UK real estate.
Reporting into the Manager: PFF (UK Capital Solutions and UKEV), based in 10FA London, the applicant will be responsible for providing financial control and oversight services to the following:
M&G; UK Enhanced Value Fund (closed ended fund investing in UK properties requiring quarterly reporting).
Embankment Unit Trust (joint venture investing in a c.£100m building requiring quarterly reporting).
