Main responsibilities
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the development of the electrical and electronic components of the products manufactured by the company and for respecting the established deadlines and budgets. The candidate is also responsible for producing documentation related to each project, including product data sheets. He/she acts as a resource person for electrical and electronic engineering within the company and is responsible for achieving the objectives of his/her part of the project, while respecting the company’s criteria of safety – reliability – robustness – quality – profitability. Finally,
he/she monitors market trends and customer needs and identifies creative products to develop.
Job Descriptions
– Engineers and designs electrical and electronic products created by the Research and Development Department.
– Determines the electrical and electronic requirements of new products.
– Creates, designs and/or recommends electrical and/or electronic components for new products.
– Produce manufacturing, assembly, installation, presentation, certification drawings, etc.
– Writes and maintains documentation for certification and compliance, assembly manuals, user manuals, technical specification documents, etc.
– Manages compliance and certification activities (requirements, appointments, modifications, etc.).
– Designs and draws printed circuit boards and produces the necessary documents for their manufacture.
– Performs electrical and electronic tests on products under test and new pr
