- Handle day-to-day production activities in the Injection Moulding department.

- Perform machine setup, process setting, and parameter optimization to achieve quality and productivity targets.

- Troubleshoot injection moulding process issues and implement corrective actions.

- Carry out mould changeovers and ensure smooth production startup.

- Monitor production, cycle time, OEE, rejection, and downtime, and take improvement actions.

- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and tool room teams for uninterrupted production.

- Support current mould trials, process validation, and continuous process improvements.

- Operate and monitor auxiliary equipment such as dryers, MTCs, granulators, and material conveying systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, GMP (if applicable), and company quality standards.

- Supervise shop-floor operators, maintain production records, and ensure shift targets are achieved.

- Work with plastic materials such as ABS, PP, PC, and Nylon.

- Handle injection moulding machines (Nissei, JSW, Fanuc, Sumitomo) and robots (Wittmann/Yushin), if applicable.
