• Set up and operate injection molding machines (if trained).

- Load raw plastic materials into the machine.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Inspect molded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, or warpage.
- Trim, assemble, and pack finished products.
- Record production data and report machine issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area (5S).
- Follow quality standards and safety guidelines.




- Assist with routine machine maintenance and mold changes when required. Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of injection molding processes.

- Ability to read work instructions and production sheets.
- Good attention to detail for quality inspection.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Teamwork and communication skills. Qualifications:

High school diploma or ITI/Diploma (Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field preferred).
