Role Description The Inhouse Pharmacist is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant use of medications and wellness products in alignment with Harvion CareMed’s clinical protocols. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing prescriptions from consulting practitioners, counseling patients on proper use, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications and supplements, and maintaining accurate digital records.

The pharmacist will support the development and validation of product formulations, collaborate with medical and wellness teams on treatment plans, and contribute to patient education materials focused on PCOD and hormonal health.



Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards, participating in teleconsultations when needed, and providing evidence-based guidance to internal teams and patients.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage adjustments, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to review prescriptions, verify medication safety, and maintain accurate electronic medication records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills for remote patient education, teleconsultations, and collaboration with healthcare and wellness teams.
- Comfort with digital tools, telehealth platforms, and remote workflows, with attention to data privacy and documentation quality.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and patient-centric approach, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Diplomo (B.Pharm / D Pharm) from an accredited institution; valid pharmacist registration/license as per local regulations.
- Prior experience in clinical pharmacy, community pharmacy, or telehealth settings is an advantage, especially within startups or wellness-focused organizations.
