Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects

Roles and Responsibilities

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.

Lead end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery and support.

Technical background or prior development experience is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent organisational, Client Handling and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft

Project, Jira, Trello).

Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, development teams, QA,

DevOps, and third-party vendors.

Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, sprint planning, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution.

Conduct regular status meetings, client calls, and reporting.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best project management practices.

Manage scope changes, priorities, dependencies, and escalations effectively.

Track project KPIs, timelines, and team productivity.





Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Support pre-sales activities including estimation, proposal discussions, and solution planning when required.

Mentor junior project managers, team leads, and team members

Stay updated with the latest technology trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices, including AI, Generative AI, Automation, Cloud, and Digital

Transformation.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions and automation for improving project delivery, operational efficiency, and business processes.

Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and adopt modern technologies, frameworks, and scalable architectures.
