Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Infor M3 ERP implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

- Configure and customize Infor M3 modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

- Analyze business processes and perform business process mapping to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Design and oversee ERP integrations between Infor M3 and external applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.

- Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.

- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business teams to deliver integrated ERP solutions.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.

- Support financial accounting processes within Infor M3, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful business sign-off.

- Prepare architecture documentation, solution designs,



technical specifications, and implementation plans.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and development teams.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation with strong expertise in Infor M3.

- Hands-on experience in Infor M3 Configuration and solution design.

- Strong knowledge of M3 Data Migration methodologies and tools.

- Experience in Business Process Mapping and business process optimization.

- Expertise in ERP Integration, including APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Querying and relational databases.

- Positive understanding of Financial Accounting processes and ERP finance modules.

- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
