Role Overview :

As an Infor Finance Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical ERP architecture. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with client stakeholders to translate financial processes into efficient system workflows.

Your daily contributions will directly influence the financial health and reporting accuracy of our clients, ensuring that their Infor environments are configured to support long-term growth and compliance. This role requires a blend of deep domain expertise in finance and the ability to navigate the technical nuances of ERP deployments within a high-stakes consulting environment in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Infor Finance modules to align with client-specific accounting standards and operational workflows, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementations,



from initial requirement gathering and gap analysis to system configuration, testing, and final deployment.
- Facilitate workshops with finance departments to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated solutions that enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Provide expert-level post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve functional issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user training materials, to empower client teams and ensure successful system adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Infor ERP financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
- Robust analytical ability to map complex financial business processes into functional ERP designs, backed by 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively translate technical system capabilities to non-technical financial stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment in Bangalore, working effectively within cross-functional teams to solve intricate business challenges.
- A solid educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of financial information systems and regulatory compliance.
