Role Overview :

As an Infor HCM Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical system capabilities. You will work closely with client stakeholders to map HR processes into the Infor ecosystem, ensuring that the implementation aligns with organizational goals. Your daily activities involve leading requirement gathering workshops, configuring system modules, and troubleshooting functional bottlenecks to ensure seamless ERP adoption.

By optimizing the HCM landscape, you directly influence how our clients manage their workforce, impacting overall productivity and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Infor HCM implementation projects by translating complex business needs into functional system configurations to ensure project success.




- Conduct detailed gap analysis and process mapping sessions with client HR teams to align system functionality with organizational workflows.
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation, including system design, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot functional issues and develop custom solutions that address specific client pain points.
- Facilitate user training and develop comprehensive documentation to empower client teams and ensure long-term system adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Infor HCM and HRMS modules, demonstrating a deep understanding of core functional processes.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret business requirements and architect effective ERP solutions within the Infor environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple project workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Show a high degree of adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid mode based out of our Bangalore office, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
