Earthful is a plant-based nutrition brand for women's health — backed by Fireside Ventures, V3 Ventures. As we scale, creator-led content is a core growth pillar, and we need someone who can own it end-to-end — not someone learning this on the job.

What You'll Own

✅ Source, pitch, and onboard creators from micro to macro tier; manage agency relationships — experience with Collective Artists, OML, Monk Entertainment, Kwan, or similar is a plus, not a prerequisite

✅ Own the full cycle: brief → negotiation → contract → content review → publishing → performance debrief

✅ Plan and run creator/influencer shoots end-to-end — logistics, vendors, on-ground execution, and wrap

✅ Write tight creative briefs, review reels before they go live, and push back when the hook or integration is off

✅ Track reach, saves, conversions, and CAC contribution; report what works and cut what doesn't

✅ Ensure all content meets FSSAI advertising guidelines for health claims — non-negotiable

✅ Own the influencer budget, negotiate value, and report ROI to leadership monthly

You're a Fit If

? 0–3 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content/production coordination, or broader digital marketing — D2C or creator agency background preferred, not required





? You've personally planned or coordinated a shoot from start to finish — not just attended one

? You have (or are quick to build) agency relationships and working knowledge of the micro-to-macro influencer landscape in India

? You care about conversions and CAC, not just reach and views

? Comfortable in a rapid, low-process environment, and able to join immediately

Bonus: familiarity with FSSAI health claims advertising rules, or experience with platforms like Qoruz or Winkl.
