Position Details

- Designation: Industrial Relations Officer
- Location: Dewas, Madhya Pradesh
- Experience: 610 Years
- Qualification: MSW / Equivalent
- CTC: 40% HIKE
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage industrial and employee relations activities.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with CLRA and other labor laws.
- Coordinate statutory compliance, audits, and documentation.
- Oversee wage preparation and contractor compliance.
- Support shop-floor workforce management and employee welfare initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of CLRA and labor law compliance.




- Experience in statutory audits and compliance management.
