Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Painter role based in the Pune District.

The Industrial

Painter will prepare metal components and construction attachments for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying appropriate surface treatments. The role involves mixing and matching paints according to specifications, operating spray guns and other painting equipment, and applying coatings to ensure proper thickness, coverage, and finish.

The Industrial

Painter will inspect completed work for quality, perform touch-ups as needed, and follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards in the paint booth and workshop areas. The role also includes maintaining painting tools and equipment, documenting work performed,



and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Hands-on skills in industrial painting, including surface preparation, spray painting, and application of primers and topcoats on metal components.
- Knowledge of paint types, coating systems, mixing ratios, and safe handling of chemicals and solvents.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures related to painting and finishing.
- Awareness of workplace safety practices, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and compliance with environmental and disposal regulations.
- Attention to detail in visual inspection, measurement of film thickness, and quality checks to meet company standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining painting equipment, compressors, and related tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Prior experience as an industrial painter or similar role in manufacturing or heavy equipment is preferred; vocational training or certification in painting/finishing is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks in an on-site factory environment.
