About the job :
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Salesforce with 7 years of experience to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based Loan Origination System (LOS) programs, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes in the Vehicle Finance domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Program / Project Delivery :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Salesforce Implementation Oversight :
- Oversee Salesforce LOS implementation including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment with business processes such as lead management, credit evaluation, sanctioning, and disbursement stages.
Stakeholder &
- Vendor Management :
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Operations, IT, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Manage external vendors / SI partners for development and support activities.
- Drive governance forums, status reporting, and steering committee updates.
Domain Leadership Vehicle Finance :
- Drive implementation of vehicle finance journeys (2W, PV, CV, CE, Tractor) on Salesforce.
- Ensure alignment with end-to-end LOS lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, approval, and disbursement processes.
Risk, Compliance &
- Governance :
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and control frameworks.
Process Optimization &
- Transformation :
- Drive initiatives to improve TAT, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead transformation initiatives such as automation, integration enhancements, and cross-sell enablement.
Testing &
- Release Governance :
- Oversee SIT/UAT cycles, release planning, and production deployment.
- Ensure defect closure, stability, and user adoption post go-live.
Required Skills &
Competencies :
Functional &
- Domain Skills :
- Robust understanding of Vehicle Finance / Auto Loans / LOS processes.
- Experience working on Salesforce (Sales Cloud / LOS implementations).
- Understanding of credit workflows, approval matrix, and compliance-driven processes.
Program Management Skills :
- Proven experience in managing large programs and cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, risk management, and delivery governance capabilities.
- Experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models.
Technical Understanding :
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture (objects, workflows, integrations).
- Exposure to integrations with systems such as credit bureaus, BRE, core banking, APIs.
Communication &
- Leadership :
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to drive alignment across business and technology teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Experience &
- Qualification :
- 7 years of experience in Project/Program Management.
- Prior experience in Salesforce implementations (mandatory).
- Experience in BFSI / NBFC domain (Vehicle Finance preferred).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Business.
- PMP / Prince2 / Salesforce certifications (preferred).
Preferred Exposure :
- Salesforce LOS / CRM transformation programs.
- Vendor management and SI engagement.
- Digital transformation initiatives in lending journeys.
