JOIN THE TEAM India Program Head India Program Head The International Innovation Corps is seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic and institutional leadership for its work in India. Established in 2013 as a social impact program of the University of Chicago Trust, IIC works at the intersection of institution-building, governance, systems change, and leadership development. We partner with government agencies, philanthropies, and development-sector institutions to address critical development challenges across Digital Health, Tech and AI, Education, WASH, and Social Innovation.

The India Program

Head will lead IIC’s program staff and project teams, shape the program’s long-term growth strategy, strengthen high-trust institutional partnerships,



oversee the fellowship and project portfolio, support fundraising and donor stewardship, and ensure robust financial, governance, risk, and compliance practices. We are looking for a leader with at least eight years of progressive experience in mission-driven organisations, public policy, consulting, philanthropy, academia, or government-facing programs. The role is based in New Delhi and requires frequent regional travel.
