Create and manage Indeed job postings to attract top talent.

Send personalized candidate messages through Indeed to maximize response rates.

Build effective Boolean search strings to identify highly qualified candidates.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

Match candidates to client requirements.

Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Meet daily and weekly recruiting goals.

Required Qualifications

Expert-level experience with Indeed Smart Sourcing.

Expert-level experience posting jobs on Indeed.





Experience sending candidate outreach messages through Indeed.

Strong experience using Indeed Resume.

Excellent Boolean search skills.

Robust verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial, or skilled trade positions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting CNC Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, Tool & Die Makers, Engineers, Production Managers, Superintendents, and other technical professionals.
