Role Description: The Incubation Associate is a full-time, on-site, contractual role based in Greater Noida, responsible for supporting the incubator's daily operations and its startup cohorts. This role includes coordinating incubation programs, organizing workshops and events, and managing communication between startups, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

The Incubation

Associate assists in screening applications, tracking startup progress, preparing reports, and maintaining databases and documentation. The role also involves supporting outreach activities, maintaining an active presence on campus, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem at Sharda Launchpad.

Compensation:



Consolidated monthly salary of up to ₹50,000 Qualifications

Ability to manage incubation operations, including program coordination, event planning, and stakeholder communication.

Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in AI tools for day-to-day operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with founders, mentors, and partners.

Interest or experience in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation management, or business development.

Capability to work in office in a fast-paced campus environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.

Total minimum experience of 3 years with prior experience in an incubator, accelerator, student entrepreneurship cell, or related ecosystem will be considered a plus
