We are looking for an experienced In-House Trainer to train and develop employees in the Sales and Service departments. The role involves conducting product and process training, improving customer handling skills, coaching employees, and ensuring adherence to Toyota standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and refresher training for Sales and Service teams.
- Train employees on product knowledge, sales process, service SOPs, and customer experience.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Prepare and deliver training materials and assessments.
- Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
- Support implementation of new processes and dealership standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of training experience in the automobile industry.
- Experience in a passenger vehicle dealership is preferred.
Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of dealership Sales and Service operations.
- Coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel between dealership locations.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
