Responsibilities

Provide technical support and maintenance for AEM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications.




- Reaching out to clients to for more information/for confirmations on issues and communicating them the optimal solution.
- Analyze monitoring data to identify areas for improvement and reach out to correct team.
- Manage and optimize content delivery using Akamai and other CDN solutions.
- Manage the delivery of high-quality service & support for the assigned portfolio.
- Escalation points for support issues, service deficiencies and training.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Mandatory skill sets: Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven knowledge in breaking down objectives into discrete, measurable tasks with estimates of development effort for planning purposes
- Strong business process mapping skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills

Preferred skill sets: Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of solution implementation methodologies
