Key Responsibilities

✔️ Handle end-to-end Import & Export documentation and processes

✔️ Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments

✔️ Manage shipment documentation and logistics arrangements

✔️ Maintain records of import/export transactions and bank correspondence

✔️ Ensure compliance with EXIM regulations and company policies

✔️ Coordinate worldwide exhibition import/export activities

Requirements

✅ Graduate with 5+ years of Import & Export experience

✅ Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry preferred

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
