Implementation is where the customer relationship is actually won or lost. If the first 30 to 45 days are clean, adoption follows and renewals get easy. If they are messy, no amount of CS effort later fixes it. We are raising the bar on this motion, and I need two people to own it with me.
What you will own end to end:
- Platform deployment and tenant setup for current customers
- CRM and MAP integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, LeadSquared and similar systems
- De-anonymization script deployment and ad platform connections
- ICP, persona, intent and scoring configuration based on the customer's GTM motion
- Data sanity validation across every sync, plus incremental job monitoring
- Internal QA, UAT with the customer, go-live and a clean handover to CS
- Documentation and runbooks that make the next implementation faster than the last one
What I am looking for:
- 3 to 4 years in SaaS implementation or solutions engineering
- Comfortable running a customer call on your own, including the hard ones
- Working knowledge of APIs (Postman) and SQL, enough to debug without waiting on engineering
- Project management instincts. You track your own timelines and flag risk early
- Testing and documentation discipline
- You have built something from zero to one before, or worked somewhere that had no playbook and you wrote it
