Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients on Study Abroad, PR, Work Visa, and Immigration opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert enquiries into admissions/clients.
- Assess client profiles and explain eligibility criteria.
- Guide clients through the documentation and application process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.




- Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, Visa Counselling, Study Abroad, or Education Sales.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of CRM is an added advantage.
