Five Eyes Consultants is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Immigration Counsellor cum Telecaller to join our growing team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in handling client interactions, and have the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions or visa applications. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact prospective clients and follow up on enquiries.
- Counsel clients regarding Study Visas, Visitor Visas, Tourist Visas, Permanent Residency (PR), Spouse Visas, and other immigration services offered by the company.
- Understand clients’ profiles and recommend suitable immigration options.
- Explain eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Schedule appointments for consultations.
- Convert enquiries into successful clients through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM or Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

Education

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 12th Pass candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in immigration counselling, telecalling, sales, education counselling, customer service,



or business development will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Skilled telephone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
